oh my. I said I was up for new ideas and challenges, but this one will require some thought! Can't wait to see what everyone comes up with!
DItto here Terry! It sure makes it so hard that Karin does such a beautiful job all the time on hers so it takes me a while before I can feel I can contribute something :)
Erika, I feel the same way, it is so nice that the one spear-heading this is so talented, so we can all grow from the example.
Thanks Karin, good choice for Fall, Thanksgiving and Halloween or just because they are beautiful.
I cant wait to see some of the results
On your mark, get set, go !
I feel better. maybe I can paint these guys if I can't paint a person.
What a wonderful idea!!!
I'm fascinated with the surface textures of the pumpkins everyone has achieved. jb.
I came across the weekly challenge and decided to participate. This was so much FUN! I can't wait until next week. Thanks so much Karin for such a wonderful idea and for the time and effort of hosting. There is a fabulous group of diverse artists participating. I am hoping to absorb some talent from the other participants. Thank you!

I love this blog! It looks like so much fun. I'll be participating very soon, I'm sure.
What a great idea for a painting challenge. Called in from Just Painting.
Very nice lineup of the white pumpkin paintings. I enjoyed looking at everyone's contribution.

Karin, making us paint W H I T E pumpkins on cardboard was very healthy for both sides of my brain. The challenge forced you to be creative or to follow. I can't wait to see what you'll think of next!
BRAVO everybody! This was a hard one for me PHEW!
Led here by differenceayearmakes.wordpress.com and I feel like I have a beautiful gallery on my computer. What Joy! I wish I could every single painting and hang them on a giant wall. I'm so happy to have found this. bookmarked and I'll be back weekly. Thank you.
The white pumpkins challenge has been fascinating. The more I worked on them, the more colors and shadows I started to see! It carried on into the rest of my evening where my eye was painting everything it saw. Crazy!
Yay! New Subject Day.
Great pumpkins. I think I counted 84 versions while scrolling down the page.
I will not be sad to leave these poor pumpkins (garlics?) behind. They are encroaching on my dreams.
Karin, you are the best! Thank you!
